Old stone cottage in need of some renovation

This semi-detached old stone two storey cottage is located in the centre of Muraj village, close to the popular resort of Punat and the town of Krk. The cottage measures approx. 50 sq. m. with the first floor having a very high ceiling - potentially allowing for a gallery to be constructed. The ground floor consists of an open plan living / kitchen area.

The cottage has a traditional stone balcony a stone-built water cistern and has been partially renovated, with a new roof and exterior walls being made good.  However some renovation is needed to complete the transormation.
