Old stone house for renovation in Bajcic village

A three storey terraced old stone house in need of renovation and priced accordingly. The house is located in the village of Bajcic on the western side of Krk Island, two miles from the coast. The house measures 90 sq. m. and consists of a traditional Croatian “konoba” (usually used as a wine cellar), two bedrooms, a reception room open-plan to the kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony.

There is no mains water supply to the house and a pump powered cistern must be used. Mains water systems to the village currently do not exist, however these are are scheduled to be constructed by the end of 2009, at which time property prices in the village are likely to increase accordingly.
