Property Inspection Trips to Croatia
CroatianVillasForSale.co.uk are pleased to offer weekend inspection trips from the UK to Croatia for the purpose of viewing selected
properties featured on this site. We are also happy to arrange, by prior appointment, viewings of selected properties that may fit your requirements, and that have not yet appeared on this site. The trips, usually
departing on Fridays and returning on Sunday, include flights and accommodation and you will be accompanied by one of our staff who speak both Croatian and English.
All inspection trips are charged at cost, typically from £250 per person (subject to season, flights, accommodation, and staff availability).
Our property inspection package includes -
- return flights from the UK
- transfers within Croatia to and from your accommodation
- accommodation during your stay, excluding meals
- accompanied visits to selected properties and locations
- consultation and preparation of a
property buying checklist customised to your needs
- guided tour of preferred localities

Friday morning
Depart Luton / Heathrow airport (subject
to availability and preference). Arrival at Rijeka / Zagreb
airport. Transfer to weekend accommodation.
Friday early evening
Consultation with one of our team regarding the
buying process in Croatia, resulting in a checklist personalised
to your specific needs.
Friday evening
Free time.
Saturday morning
Viewing of selected properties accompanied by
one of our bi-lingual staff who will be on-hand all weekend to help,
advise and answer any questions you may have.
Saturday afternoon
Property viewings and / or guided tour of locality.
Saturday evening
Free time.
Sunday morning
Property viewings and / or guided tour of
locality.
Sunday afternoon
Transfer to departure airport for arrival in the
UK early evening.
