CentarNekretnina, the largest Croatian property portal, has released its monthly Croatia property price trends for March 2008.
A recently published article examined the investment potential of Croatan property, specifically looking at the potential that the Island of Krk has to offer, concluding that property prices on the Island have grown by over 19% in the last 12 months.
